1. Agreement

By accessing or using Zhoppin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service

Zhoppin provides tools to create and operate online stores, including visual page building, product management, checkout configuration, and domain connection. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Merchant responsibilities

• You are responsible for products, pricing, taxes, and compliance with local laws.
• You must provide accurate business and payout information.
• You may not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

4. Payments

Third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe) have their own terms. Bank transfer and manual checkout flows are configured by you; Zhoppin is not liable for off-platform payment disputes between you and your customers.

5. Intellectual property

You retain rights to your store content. Zhoppin retains rights to the platform software, branding, and templates. You grant us a license to host and display your content as needed to operate the service.

6. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
